We all have an embarassing musical past. The "transitional" phase.
Nobody goes from listening to "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" to "Strange Weather" by Tom Waits....

So nows the time to fess up! And who knows, what your embarassed about could be the very thing the next guy loves!

A few albums from my regretful past are:

Enema of the State - Blink 182 (repeated "All the Small Things" almost a thousand times!)
The Marshall Mathers LP - Eminem (others might think my taste worsened after this point... )
Aquarium - AQUA (Knew all the lyrics to all the singles once, sang 'em loud and proud at the School discos...)

*sigh* 🫢

Your turn....

Nu-Rave,with a few exceptions was a terrible genre and I loved it.The mention of Hadouken!,Shitdisco and others sends a shiver down my spine.

I still like Linkin Park!

In junior high it was all the rage to listen to Blink, Linkin Park, Billy Talent, etc. I don't regret liking any of them. I really don't understand why one would regret listening to Blink 182 a bajillion times. Freakin' music snobs.

So yeah. Nothing I've listened to, or will listen to, do I feel embarassed about.

Yup, don't see the point of it.

And anyway, I don't dislike Linkin Park either.

Well Blink 182 are actually great fun to listen to, especially when you want to reminisce about the good old days of year 6...

The Marshal Mathers LP is not actually that bad...

I suppose the likes of All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy etc would be my choices. Not exactly embarrassed of the fact I used to like them, but they're not on my ipod anymore.
