Phht. Nothin' special. Sure, there's worse, but if you're looking or rap, there are better choices.
I think he was just another pop culture phenomenon that only lasted as long as his songs were stuck in people's heads.
even though I despise him, some of his songs always get stuck in my head _________________ You can call me Aaron Burr by the way I'm dropping Hamiltons
I don't understand the popularity of 50 cent at all. With his bullet-wound riddled jaw, he sounds permanently drunk or heavily sedated and his lyrics make nursery rhymes sound like Shakespeare.
Having said that, some of his beats are pretty good. Not that he has anything to do with that. Scott Storch, Dr. Dre have produced his best stuff. _________________ no fat chicks
50 Cent was the perfect example of the downfall of rap, its now nothing but a corperate money making machine where they intend on making music soley for for selling off to radio stations, albums and club playlist. Like many other genres before it.
50 cent is a model example of American super-hyper-turbo-everything...
his biggest hit is no more than 4 notes but the song was a big hit anyway...
you want good rap - check Europe: especially France, Germany, UK and Poland... and get a life: asking about 50 cent? WTF? It's just a half of a dollar: you won't even get a candy for that... _________________ we used to be alright...
Sorry to be down on what seems to be one of your favorite rappers, lickmapussy (nice name) but i've taken dumps with more skill than him. He disses Mobb Deep on one of his tracks to try and get in with some of the best rappers ever but he can't drop a rhyme 1/1000000 as good as Ice Cube, Nas, Jay Z, Dre, Snoop Dogg, MC Ren, etc can. _________________ "The future is unwritten."
