Here's the best books I read in 2008 (so far):
1. 1984 - George Orwell
2. Lolita - Vladimir Nabakov
3. (The Adventures of) Huckleberry Finn - Mark Twain
4. The Trial - Franz Kafka
5. Hegemony or Survival - Noam Chomsky
Next book I'm starting is:
The Name of the Rose - Umberto Eco
and I am really excited to start that, as I've heard great things.

I remember reading Lord of the Flies in high school, it's fantastic! I may just have to revisit it.
