I'm not sure why this subject keeps getting repeated, but yes he's banned. He wasn't banned just for one incident, but for repeated problems over a number of months. The Hermes_requite account was banned too because that was found to be the same person. I don't think anything more needs to be said about it. It happened, and it's history.

I think people keep bringing it up because
1. He was a pretty ubiquitous presence on this site for a pretty long time and
2. He's still around.
