For the most part, lyrics aren't a very important part of the music experience, so after that, Dylan doesn't have much to offer. But Joanna Newsom has an extremely pretty voice, at least, and plays a sexy harp.

strangely, Bob Dylan is viewed as a relatively serious contender for the 2012 Nobel Prize in Literature. I personally would give the prize to Newsom before Dylan, if I were to give a literary prize to a musician. Dylan might be a better story-teller, but Newsom has a hold on metaphor and allegory unlike any other songwriter I've heard.
