Some suggestions:
A view counter for our charts (excluding views from ourselves or perhaps even our IP address)
A mention on the chart somewhere of where the chart is ranked on the site (as it is for albums; if more chart statistics are added, such as date created, number of "chart of the days", and whatever else you could think of, you could have a similar "This Chart at a glance" rectangle near the top)
An ability to sort this page: http://www.besteveralbums.com/toprateds...=0&y=0 (Top-rated charts) by Country, Decade (decade charts) and Year (yearly charts). This is only logical.

Other suggestions:
for the forums (and maybe for comments) - ability to rate/tag posts e.g. like, dislike, agree, disagree, funny, dumb, bad spelling
for user profiles - more statistics, e.g. likes/dislikes received (a breakdown), high chart rankings, etc.

yes, more stats is a good idea. I could definitely add some kind of indicator as to where each chart is ranked in terms of its average rating. However, It's difficult to do a meaningful view counter because you not only get members visiting, but also search engine crawlers and so on, so I'm not sure it would ever be that accurate.
