I see it's very wrong to give the same rank points to 2010s as like as other decades. it has been passed about only 2 and a half years from the decade! so albums where sit on higher positions may drown at the end of the decade! or say it shouldn't be a decade charts for 2010s at first place.

I agree, it should probably be adjusted as by the time the 2010s finishes there are bound to be a lot of charts that have not been updated which do not include albums from the whole decade. Maybe the answer is to pro-rata the points according to how far through the decade is when the chart was updated, or zero score these charts until the decade has finished.

EDIT: The same should probably be true of the 2012 yearly chart.
