Missing a position on my chart.

I'm missing #14 on my chart, so I only have 39 places, despite there being an actual #40 on my chart.
Anyone else have this issue?

Did you enter a duplicate album?

No, if you look at my chart you can see there is no #14

apologies, the only thing I can think of is that there was a duplicate entry which was automatically deleted, and the ranking wasn't then resequenced (it has now been manually corrected). I can't see any errors in the error log here. Did you see any unusual messages when you saved the chart?

Maybe it was EP which was also delated

not sure. if it was an EP, they aren't usually deleted straight away (28 days normally & flagged up before delete so people can see what's happening)

All is resolved - I think it was because #14 was a Album with a 'default' name, which I had waiting to be amended.
Thanks for taking time to have a look though.

I saw that one. The album had to be deleted. The band couldn't be corrected because it wasn't already existing on site. Because it was a new band, the entire album would have to be reentered. If you reenter the album, it should be fine.
I should have sent a message to you explaining that. Will be sure to next time.
