It depends on, really...99% of the people I know have never heard about the Stone Roses or My Bloody Valentine. SAD.
By the way, any recommendations for great psychedelic rock bands/albums? I listened to a lot but there are probably many of them I have never heard of.
(I am almost a newcomer)
