Here's another stat nerd post for y'all.
We're not that far away from the end of this year, so I thought it would be cool to see exactly what albums were growers or blowers from 2011 (at least as far as BEA is concerned.) These are the albums that have either moved into or fallen out of the Top 100 for 2011, so an album may have fallen like 400 spots from 200 to 600, but it won't be reflected here. I'm also only posting movement of +/- 10.
Quick key: movement is on the left, (##) is the current position
+121 Drake - Take Care (97)
+105 Oneohtrix Point Never - Replica (96)
+85 Atlas Sound - Parallax (61)
+79 Alex Turner - Submarine (93)

Yuck and Danny Brown have become favorites in 2012, whereas I didn't pay attention to them upon release.

A lot of movements can be explained by their release dates e.g. Black Keys - El Camino is the highest mover into the top 10 (released in December, it didn't have enough time in 2011 to accumulate points).

Drake - Take Care
Totally ignored him until April or May this year, but it's in my Top 100 now.
Also started playing Nicolas Jaar a lot recently.

Section.80, definitely. When it came out I thought it was vastly overrated preachy rap crap. Now I think it's slightly overrated preachy rap, backed by some wicked production.
