I am unable to fill a full overall chart. I can not think of 100 albums that I like enough to call my favorites. ๐ Is there anyone else who has had a problem like this? Can anybody relate?
There's a whole bunch of filler on mine. The first 50-60 or so I consider my favorites, but the remaining ones are just filler ordered by rating. I'm hoping that with time I'll get enough to fill it up with only favorites.
my top ~75 are legitimately what i'd call my "favorites." after that is a mix of albums that are either a) starting to reveal themselves to me, or b) albums i used to like a lot more, but are slowly falling out of favor (although i still enjoy them a lot).
I think, in a few months, I'll be at a place where it's definitely "filled out," though. _________________ My top songs of the 2010s

It depends on the day, I s'pose. Sometimes I feel a legitimate 45 or 50 albums are my favourites (never gone above 49 albums on my chart). Sometimes I feel I'm being too soft, and I'm strict enough to say there are only 20 albums genuine to me (current chart).
The only thing that remains consistent is this:
- Boredoms and Natural Snow Buildings are my favourite bands, and you will likely see at least 2 or 3 albums from each of them on my chart for a long while.
- "While You Were Out" by Kazumoto Endo is the most impressive thing I've ever heard other than works by aforementioned bands.
- "Bitches Brew" is my favourite Jazz album.
- "Amplifier Worship" is my favourite heavy metal album.
- "Ummagumma", "Trout Mask Replica", and "Ys" feel like they should always be on my chart for reasons difficult to explain.
- My chart will continue to grow more and more diverse and worldly as I spread my horizons. Every time I update my chart, I think it has gotten a bit better.
๐ฒ Really?? I have a hard time picking which favorites to put on my chart, but not even close to a lack there of. Hell, even my current metal chart, which is severely outdated, has 100 albums that I enjoy a great deal. Y'all are weirdos.

If everything on your main chart affects the overall chart, then wouldn't it be fair to not have 100 if you have to pad it with filler? Aren't you adding to the filler on the overall chart by doing so? _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold
