I like Civil War, 14 Years, Yesterdays, Breakdown, Pretty Tied Up und Estranged a lot but My World is one of the the ugliest and worst closing tracks ever.

Here's part 2 of a double album that could use the "combine and sequence best tracks into one album" treatment that's being doled out in another thread around these parts.

One of these days i'll give it a fresh listen -- i probably heard this and #1 a bunch of times in college...

Use Your Illusion was not a double album at all. I & II were released as completely separate albums.

Anyway, beware of anything released with Axl Rose's voice on it after Appettite For Destruction. He destroyed his voice on that tour and never recovered. He's spent every moment since singing stright though his nose. Maybe the worst vocal ever recorded is the end of "Don't Cry".

I'm probably in the minority but I prefer Use Your Illusion II over Use Your Illusion I. Knock of the horrible closing track and you have a solid album. You Could Be Mine is an awesome pile driver of a song. To this day I can't hear it without seeing Arnold with half his face missing because of the video being on constantly back when MTV actually played music videos.
