yes, it is on the list and has been thought about, but what sort of options were you thinking of allowing? I personally think that it would need stricter control on the rest of the site than on the forum which might defeat the purpose of allowing it in the first place.
My worst nightmare would be links to viagra sites all over the place. It's fairly easy to police this on the forum, but not across 200,000 other pages.

we'll keep it on the list, there's a few other changes that are in the queue. I'd be in favour of allowing basic formatting, but not so sure about images and video as these are on those pages already.

But you know how censorship goes Naples. like other things that restrict freedom. It starts with a good intention but ends up a bad thing. Certainly nobody wants sabotage or spam. But be honest, it will end up with people rejecting video's that they don't like or agree with. Let's face it, NONE of my video's would be allowed to exist on this site. This is already a left of center site and would become much more so.
