I can only imagine how fun this album is ๐Ÿ˜œ

'OK', verging on 'boring'.

I quite like it, but the "boring" label isn't unwarranted. Has a Simon & Garfunkel vibe, but then I've never been the biggest Simon & Garfunkel fan.

But where do they come from?

Grazie!

By the way the album is ok, but it becomes boring very quickly

"'random stuff' is the new 'other random stuff'"-statements are stupid no matter what 'random stuff' and 'other random stuff' may be

A little too "quiet", I'm afraid! It does get a bit boring and monotonous. Like the cover though! ๐Ÿ˜„

Sometimes mellow music can be boring for me, but I think what keeps me enjoying this album and prevents it from getting boring to me are the two voices that in some songs play off of each other. I would say Failure is my favourite track on the album.

So yes, mellow may be boring, but you can't say they didn't warn you with a title like that ๐Ÿ˜‰ . Their second album (another similar-themed name 'Riot on an Empty Street') does have some more upbeat tracks (noticeably I'd Rather Dance with You) plus two collaborations with Feist if you want to give that a go, while their third ('Declaration of Dependence', keeping the theme going) is more similar to the first I would say. They also have a remix album that might spice up some of the tracks from 'Quiet' for you; Gold for the Price of Silver is the name (I think) of a good track from that.

Pleased to see KoC getting some attention on here, even if they're not everyone's cup of tea.
