Is anyone on here an addict? I cannot get a control of my addiction anymore, therapy and everything I have tried just does not work. I am at the end of my rope I have no idea what to do anymore. _________________ And I stare at the sun.

there are numerous NLP techniques used to conquer addiction.. most books - and even some videos on youtube - on the subject will explain them.. the mp3 available from this site is powerful too and may well be of some benefit:
there is also EFT, which is rather contentious, but does actually appear to work - apparently even on animals. i don't have much experience of it myself, so couldn't really recommend anything with any great authority.. _________________ no fat chicks
I doubt this works for everything but I notice I get black-out drunk less often if I drink most nights moderately. Just give yourself small doses so you don't overdo it, just like food: you eat snacks so you don't go into a meal starved and gorge yourself.
Video games, if you count that. Right now Halo 3. I can't help it I play constantly and I cant' stop.
