I'm off to Oktoberfest in Munich today, travelling by camper van! We should get there in a couple of days (if we don't break down) and then back home on Sunday. So, if I'm not on this site as often as usual for the next five or six days that's the reason why....

I've filled my iPod up with some tunes so the journey should be fun...

A trip days long in a camper van, sounds exciting 😄 I haven't been in the car more than 5 hours on a journey. I've always wanted to take a journey for a long time like that.

Plus you might be traveling over 4 borders if I have planned it the journey correctly in my head. 😜

Impruneta is situated between the city of Firenze (Florence) and the Chianti region. Vist all the festivals in Toscana, Italia.

Wish I could go. I have a standing invitation from a business acquaintance who lives in Munich, but it's too far to go in a camper van. Have lots of fun, drink lots of beer, and play lots of Otto Schwarzfischer.

Well, that was an amazing few days! Beer, beer, beer, beer. What more does a man need (apart from more beer)? Back in one piece and I'm going to have to do that again next year ...
