I think I just haven't done any edits in a few months and the format has changed.

To create a new band page, do I just use the forums?

Sorry if it's not clear, new albums and bands are added to the site via member charts, so if there isn't something on the site that you were expecting, you can add it into one of your charts and it'll then be included on the site.
