I am thorn between Vangelis or Tangerine Dream. Definitely not the same type of electronic you propose based on your options though.

I think I have different standards of electronic music than others. I can't call bands like Radiohead or AC electronic, but they are electronic-esque.

They incorporate enough electronic elements into their music that I think they can fall under a somewhat liberal definition of "electronic"
