Depends what you count as a concept album, but The Wall is into top 10, so il go with that.
Also, shout out to Person Pitch, amazing concept album.

Definitely the wall for me. Though favorites of mine also include Tommy, Aqualung, The Moon & Antarctica, and (and I'm surprised I'm the first one to bring this up) Hospice
