What does [hidden] mean? What's hiding under the chart average ratings?

On a similar note, I've noticed that the number of ratings for my chart has fluctuated from 65 to 72, and every number in between, the past few days. I'm aware that ratings become inactive (perhaps hidden) if a user deletes their chart or makes it private, but at this point the fluctuation in ratings seems too wild to attribute solely to that.

Also, with my old chart before deleting it, it usually said something like "50 ratings, showing 5 latest". Upon clicking "show all" the message would change to "showing all 52 ratings". Upon counting, there were 51 ratings.
