- Post subject: Chi Cheng (bassist in Deftones) is dead
|
This is really sad news. He had a rough last few years, to say the least, first with the car accident, then being in a coma, and...I don't know his exact condition after he woke up from the coma, but it seems it took a big toll on his body, and now he's gone. His bassplaying on the first three Deftones albums was a big contribution to their overall quality. Have fun in the afterlife if there is one, Chi.
