I think it's strange that plastic lunchtime flow is stickied in the games section. I though the games section was for games? _________________ http://www.last.fm/user/ptaylor1989

The games forum is definitely for stories of made up bands that haven't been updated in forever and will eternally clog up the already congested sub-forum.

I think it belongs on the games section, but I'm not sure why it gets Sticky status while more relevant threads (Rules & Nominations for both current tournaments, for example) don't.

What do i think? Why should anyone give a fuck? If anyone can explain that, then sure I'd partially agree, but starting since the beginning of humanity, I really couldn't even give much of a fuck what's stickied and what isn't. You could put a giant sign with a penis up on it in the stickie area, I wouldn't notice.
And why in Jebus' name is this only coming up now? It's been a defunct thread for a long ass time, and you're seemingly complaining about it now? It's obvious you don't give a fuck either, if you did, then it would have came up a while back.

And you have yet to answer any of my questions. Do you actually care what's up in the stickies? And if so, then why haven't you complained previously?
EDIT: Defago, this isn't aimed at you, so don't take it that way, it's just that you were the first to reply and therefore might feel like you get the most heat. I'm just saying, i don't care what's in the stickies, let the mods keep it up or take it down for all I care, but why should you guys care enough to have a thread about it? A simple message to AM could suffice.

I didn't care enough to make a thread, but if there's one I might as well say what I think. It's obvious ptaylor cares enough to make a thread, and it's obvious some users disagree with it being stickied. The discussion isn't why haven't we discussed this before, that's irrelevant.

I don't quite know that. See, a good portion of my paranoia about this thread comes from the knowledge certain users do have a problem with some of Outlaw's conduct around the forums. The problem is that I have a feeling certain users just want to take it down because it's an outlaw thread. This is just a feeling based on feelings worth,. I'm not accusing any one of it, rather that it's just a gut feeling towards this thread. For some reason I feel this is more about Outlaw rather than PLS itself, or at least, certain users are making their decision about this on the creator of the thread rather than the thread itself. I don't know, I'm probably wrong, but it's just this odd feeling.

nah, you definitley are. stickies should be relevant (why I unstickied the BEAMAs threads) although...maybe I should unsticky the BYT threads I still don't know. I'm not gonna unsticky Plastic Lunchtime Flow but I'd reccomend outlaw does unless he really thinks it still has life in it.
Also I did offer to sticky the administrative threads for both the PPNW and the BNMAT tournament but neither organiser requested it. Stickied threads aren't always the greatest things, I know I quite often glaze over them.
