- Post subject: Best Apator album?
|
Apator has been at the forefront of the new wave invasion of the 1940's. Starting with their hit single "Masturbate in praise of black satan" they continued on a path of acclaim and commercial success. Many people and critics have complimented the way they blend silence and masturbation into a form that no other band has mastered to date.
Apator has stood the test of time, and they are fondly remembered by many. their albums have always been the peak of their performance. Which one is their best?

I thought Masturbate in Praise of Black Satan was their only album. Are the other two as interesting?

I have no idea. I only know they exist (and I think they're cassettes)

Obviously the only real answer is Masturbate In Praise of Black Satan. Apator has lyrical genius that even Bob Dylan would never be able to compete with.

Don't forget his MUSICAL genius as well. His stark use of minimalism sends a chill up my spine and when combined with his truly piercing lyrics he manages to create an experience like no other, one that any listener will remember for years to come.
...Yeah, I've only heard "Masturbate", so I'll have to give my vote to that. On the bright side, I DID have a lot of fun imitating his, uh, 'unique' vocal style.
