Flaming Lips´ best one is The Soft Bulletin, i love the first half of the album

Yes, The Soft Bulletin is also my favorite. The first half is brilliant. I've listened to Embryonic a few times now. I like it. The "Miles Davis meets Joy Division" tag given to it by Wayne is pretty dead on.

There ! Got round to it.
Pretty awesome sound !

Much more krautrock than Joy Division.
Take "The Sparrow Looks Up at the Machine" and the great closer "Watching the Planets" : pure Can.

Highly recommended, but beware of indigestion !

I'm listening to it right now and wishing I still smoked pot. It's really trippy and weird. Leave it to the Flaming Lips to make an album like this.

already listen to it ! the album is good (one of the top 5 of the year) but "The Sparrow Looks Up At The Machine" is outstannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnding !!!! one of the top 3 songs of the year !

i liked too the contributions from Karen O (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and MGMT.
