if someone knows how th change this setting (to allow people to leave comments and rate my chart). don't know why but after i've made some changes to my chart, it suddenly won't allow feedbacks !

how can i change this ? because i can't find this particular sitting in the profile

if you go to your 'my chart' page, click 'edit' and there is a setting at the bottom...
