The misspelling of definitely, and especially the misuse of defiantly instead, is one of my pet hates. Spelling errors don't usually bug me (in small doses, anyway), but for some reason that one annoys the hell out of me.
What gets me is when people write "quite" instead of "quiet". If I only saw it every now and then I'd assume it was just a typo, but it's so bizarrely common that I'm beggining to suspect that people are actually confusing the two words. Also "past time" instead of "passtime". You know, the thing you do to pass the time.
Worst of all is "I could care less". I've written essays on this flaccid AIDS-ridden piece of word vomit. With all these other examples, people will usually accept that they were talking like a stupid little bitch once you point out what they're actually saying. Not the case with "I could care less". There are people that will actually defend it, saying it's "ironic". Death to these people. There is no irony. There is no meaning. It is the word equivalent of an old man's limp penis.

I spell definitely wrong all the time, with an a instead of the second i. Even though I know it's wrong I normally just leave it, makes more sense to me being spelt that way, sorry if it annoys anyone 🤣
Spelling mistakes don't get to me that much apart from the your/you're and there/there/they're ones. People who say could care less deserve to be shot though. _________________ Shut up mate you're boring!
