I want to direct a short film but I don't really have any ideas. Not as interested in writing it as I am directing it. Does anyone have any good ideas or loglines they wouldnt be afraid to share? Thanks

Have you tried claymation? Try something comedic and claymated like Mr. Bill or Tim Burton.

I don't watch porn, but this idea is good for a short film. Just don't make it into a full film like those National Lampoon or American Pie films.

Take a historical event and make a movie of it. William Henry Harrison was President of the United States for 30 days, back in 1840. That would make a good movie.

I write a lot of narcissistic semi-autobiographical dark comedies. Do you want to use one of those?

How about you make a short film that makes fun of generic bloody horror films, making wisecracks like "The monster is never, ever behind you" or like how the blonde with the big set just sits there waiting for the monster to eat her, and other things like that. Oh, and point out that the fake blood smells like strawberry juice.
