The Russian thing is great. The first track is my song of the year for 2012. It sounds a bit like Belle & Sebastian, in more orchestral maybe. Definitely great. I'll give a spin to the Jesus Lizard album to compare.

Hey I actually remember both of these. The Jesus Lizard is pretty good, I enjoyed it. The russian one I found really dull and bland. Easy choice for me.

Twee vs one of the most frightening bands to ever exist. It was never a fair match. Easily Liar for me. I've been a big fan of The Jesus Lizard for a long time, with Liar being the first album i had heard by the band. Duane Denison's guitar playing is truly unique and David Yow is possibly the most deranged front man of all time. I'm not known as a fan of the heavy, but when I want heavy music, this is the direction I go.
