Talk about a band that's very under the radar that you love. Mine is Snowmine, they're an indie almost folk band that has lots of orchestral elements along with steel guitar. Give their album Laminate Pet Animal a shot.

I like this really obscure band, you may not have heard of them, they're called Radiohead. They're pretty cool, doubt you'd get it though.
But no, I don't really have anything I'd consider a best kept secret. I mean, there's plenty of obscure stuff I listen to, but I don't really feel like I'm one of the few with any band that I like.

I know it's a joke but literally at my school like 1.5% has even heard of Radiohead.

There are bands I like that not a lot of people have heard of, but they are in no way a secret. If anyone is actually interested in listening to that music I'd share it in a heartbeat.
