You're walking along a beach and you find a mysterious old-looking bottle. You pick it up and a genie comes out. He says "I can see, thanks to my phenomenal genie powers, that you love music. So, I am going to grant you one wish. Choose one of the following.
-20 albums of your choice, any format
"That can be anything from wax cylinders, to vinyl first editions, to MP3"
-The top 40 albums by any BEA user, other than yourself, as MP3's.
"But you can't peek at their list first."
-The top 60 BEA Overall albums as CD's.
-The top 250 BEA Overall albums as 8-track tapes, with an 8-track tape player.
"I have a lot of eight-track tapes, and I need to get rid of them," explains the genie.
-You can go back in time to see any concert ever, but when you come back to your own time, all your albums are gone.
"That's where I get my inventory from, you see."
None of the above. 99% of the fun of collecting music is the actual collecting part. I would've chosen the concert option but the way it's written makes it sound like I have to give up all my music, which is really really not worth it at all.
Out of those I'd either choose the top one (finally listen to Zaireeka properly), or the bottom one so that people can listen to my awesome selection of albums and I get to go to Woodstock.
