Modern Dance is amazing but I think I am going to go with Marquee Moon purely because of its longer term influence on me overalll!

I don't understand the appeal of The Modern Dance at all. It's noisy, chaotic, and the guy can't sing. Every time they seem to approach something that sounds enjoyable, they throw in more noise to kill the musicality of it.
Marquee Moon is a decent album, but even a bad album should beat Modern Dance.
