...every time I try to filter my overall chart to a certain decade it links me to where I edit the chart. Kind of odd.

It's happened to me before to. I just copy the decade part of the code For the 2000s decade it is "&f=Decade&fv=200"

201 for 2010s
199 for 1990s
and so on
