I was thinking about making a Century custom chart, and while I was doing that, I realized that making a rank-contributing chart (as the decade and year charts do) seems reasonable.

Would anyone else be interested in this?

Is it solipsistic in here or is it just me?

Well what about when the space aliens come down and give us the secret to eternal life?

In all seriousness it's not a bad little offset feature but the site needs other immediate improvements first. Perhaps if you could adjust the set period of years (so for example you could say I want to see the best rated albums from 1987-1994) then it would be better.

If BEA is still up and running 200 years from now then you might be onto something here.

Yeah this is just silly, 20th century charts would likely only cover half a centuries worth of music, and 21st only a tenth. I think most of us are happy with with categorizing by decades, as has been done by almost all media outlets and rating sites.
