Despite the 'bea-user friendly way to go' and voting for Call Me Maybe, I really think Monster has a chance to win this one.. Kanye's had much better videos, but the entire set of the video is outstanding.
And in all fairness, Call Me Maybe has a pretty good video too..

Music separated from the visual art itself, Call Me Maybe isn't particularly good; it's a generic video that has been seen quite a few times in the last thirty years and it's cinematography isn't fluid nor compelling really to warrant much. Though I'm not feeling Kanye's is particularly technical either, the contrast is spotty and the transitions are jumbled.
Close to abstaining, but if I picked one it'd be Kanye.

Agreed. While I can get behind liking the song, this video has all the tact of Stacy's Mom without any of the irony.
