It's pretty good. I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did. I love White Winter Hymnal and Ragged Wood and the rest sounds standard. I much prefer Helplessness Blues over this though. _________________

It's solid, always a nice listen. Far better than the follow-up, too.

Absolutely love this album. Prefer Helplessness Blues by quite a bit, but this is a great collection of well written and produced tracks. Love "Blue Ridge Mountains" especially.

Enjoyable enough. Kind of boring at times, though.

Didn't get the fuss with this band for years, but I've really grown to enjoy this album recently. Can't get into Helplessness Blues as much.

I listened to this one last night, actually, it helped me fall asleep. (Insomnia) Not saying it was boring or anything, it was a warm, relaxing, pleasant and overall really enjoyable listen.

A refreshingly restrained and extremely classy début.
