cool stuff
by
LedZep
A snapshot of my favourite music. Not to be taken too seriously, since reducing anyone's love of music to just 100 chart entries is a hopeless oversimplification.
* my English translations of regional texts can be sketchy (I'm not a poet nor a translator, unfortunately)

The devil waiting outside your door
In heaven his throne is made of gold
The ark of his testament is stowed
A throne from which I'm told
All history does unfold
Down here it's made of wood and wire
And my body is on fire
And god is never far away [First added to this chart: 09/13/2020]

148:47 - A collection of all 4 studio albums, but the best one is Treći Svijet if you dislike comps like this
A bunch of poor actors/bohemians interested in ethnology and ganja playing Yugoslavian new wave music
U čekaonu na prvom peronu
Gdje crni đav'o toči prvi konjak
Iznad mračnih podnatrulih lica
Kroz prozor prhne črna tica
I veli tada, veli grdi črni stvor:
Nevermore
In a waiting room on the platform one
Where the black devil pours his first cognac
Above the dark, worn-down faces
Through the window darts a black bird
And then it says, that vile black creature it says:
