The song is Bad Company, from the album Bad Company, by the bad Bad Company.
I used to not like this song, but I listened deeper into the lyrics which are very well written, and the rhythm which I now find cool. And the ending is a little like the ending to Fleetwood Mac's Gold Dust Woman.
