Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 85.3/100, a mean average of 83.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 85.6/100. The standard deviation for this track is 17.3.

Probably one of the most recognizable songs of all time. A modern punk classic, and easily Green Day's best song
What an explosive start to the album, this is like a punch in the face. The fact that it achieved mainstream success is not a contradiction, it rather proves its point.
It is amazing how relevant this song is today!
Arguably one of the most iconic punk songs ever. This is one of those songs like "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Stairway To Heaven" that everybody has heard at some point in their lives.
A fast paced pop-punk song. love the energy.
Perfect start to the album when looking at the whole. Kind of overplayed to many, but still a really good punk song, and the lyrics are still scarily relevant.
Probably the perfect way to start the album, it doesn't set up any characters, but it sets the entire tone for the album.
Oh, the years
The trolls who gave this 5/100 are part of the redneck agenda.
It's such a shame that this song reached so much mainstream success. It's suppose to be underground, protest. I hate to see people which are totally "under the new media" and "part of the redneck agenda" that listening to this song.
