Just about the starkest opening to a song I've yet heard. I wrote that previous comment almost a decade ago, and if anything Shadow's work feels more potent now after everything else I've listened to.
Endtroducing is one of my favourite records ever, and this is really is its modus operandi.

Amazing, easily my favorite song on one of my favorite albums. One of the most focused songs on the album, although it still has tons of samples and is extremely dynamic
