It's well known the FFD lads like their tucker (that's Australia/NZ slang for food if you didn't kow). So typical they have a quite cool track about a good old fashioned Boil Up ("get 'dem bones in the water..") which is a traditional Māori cooking style that includes a combination of meat, bones and greens (such as puha, watercress or cabbage), as well as kūmara (sweet potatoe) and/or potatoes, all boiled together (or more usually gentle simmered over a long period)
