This wasn't a smash hit for no reason. A smooth bassline, some subtle power chords and a guitar solo that's clear as glass. Pure Floyd
A classic. Never too old, with lyrics that are still modern today and a great guitar solo.
A disco beat, some anarchist lyrics, a dreamlike Gilmour solo: a great Pink Floyd song.
One of the greatest guitar solo's is on this song. The kids choir was producers Bob Ezrin's idea. He got it from his work on Alice Cooper's School's out.
