There is actually no music or vocals on White Light/White Heat, it is all just loud silence and low noise cleverly arranged so that they affect the human mind in such way that the human imagines that he/she is hearing something that is actually not there. This technique was also used on portions of The Beatles in the same year, and later on would be used on Metal Machine Music, Dream Theory in Malaya and Ys (in this case, only the music. The vocals are real)

There's only one I know, and it barely counts as a "little-known" fact, because I feel like that at least implies that people would be interested in knowing it, but the Germs' live album "Germicide" was originally titled "Lysol" until they nearly got sued over potential copyright infringement.
