Looks like the administrator or system updated all 1437 charts, resetting the chart change dates. 🙁

Apologies for that, we ran a routine to trawl through each member chart and weed out those charts that belong to people who have registered multiple times. In the process, the timestamp of each chart was accidentally updated.
