This being my entry point, i find them very strange. There are some good indie pop elements buried beneath a thick sediment of quirkiness. Sometimes it's pretty interesting and sometimes it's unlistenable. Definitely strange...
This is one of those instances where i didn't know anything about an artist before trying them out (as i often do). Sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't. Listening to the remaster, which is much better sound quality than my crappy 1988 version. Ironically, though, with the electric guitars, this sounds more like My Bloody Valentine than Pink Floyd 😜
