Interesting thing is this album has 7 ratings. I hope those are people who have actually listened to the whole thing. It's a leftist political protest album (in the period of successive coups) achieved through reinterpreting some traditional songs, giving them contemporary denotations, with western instruments and other original folksy radical protest songs. I don't have a clue how someone outside Turkey can relate to this, it has a very local feeling to it (even many inside Turkey consider it to be dated, although very important and groundbreaking) so I really don't recommend wasting your time with it.
