The Queen Is Dead is a mighty good album!

Has anyone else noticed how much the album rightly deserves the title of 'Greatest Album by The Smiths'? 'The Queen Is Dead' stands far above every other album the band recorded and the only thing which comes close are the greatest hits collections. When you have an album with such songs as 'Cemetry Gates', 'The Boy with the Thorn in His Side' and 'Bigmouth Strikes Again' it is quite clear you have hit your height. Something astounding comes together on this album. Listened to it again yesterday, and this album is amazing!

I see people knock the first track a lot, but I think it's pretty great.
