Well, I'm not sure if we're talking best song of 2013, or song that best defines the year...

For the summing up, that totally goes to "Step" by Vampire Weekend...

But for dat best song thing, Oh Orpheus wiped out every song this year...except Afterlife got pretty close I guess...

Well if I have to pick a song that sums all the year I pick.. REFLEKTOR. which comes with all this neo disco era.

As of my favorite song, I'll go with two pop songs:
1) Modern Jesus - Portugal the man
2) Play by Play - Autre Ne Veut
