If somebody could be so kind as to point me in the direction of Eqbal Azar's music it'd be much appreciated. If not, I'll abstain and let Joni romp to her inevitable win (I like Joni a lot and would probably end up voting for her anyway, but it'd be nice to actually check Azar out if possible).

if you have Spotify, he's got a couple records there, including the one on BEA charts. It's worth the listen for sure, but I still gave Joni the vote.

Cheers for that, decided to forego listening to the new Damien Jurado record for now and am listening to Azar instead. Sounds interesting.

I really like "Don Juan's Reckless Daughter" from Joni Mitchell.
I'm going to vote for Eqbal Azar, though. I'd love to see a tournament full of artists like that one.
