Man, I feel kinda bad about not participating (i.e. voting) in this tourney, considering how well my nomination is doing. Anyhow I'm glad that so many of you are loving it - there are other albums not in our overall top 1500 that I have higher on my chart as Repetition, but I just think Unwound (like many other "post-hardcore" bands) are really underrated, esp. on this site. Leaves Turn Inside You has gotten some recognition I guess, but their earlier efforts have mostly been ignored so far. Fake Train, The Future of What, New Plastic Ideas are all well worth your listen too, guys...

I gave you a vote for this post. When it was done I found it was already far ahead anyway. 😄 Seems like someone found an album lots of people like!
I've not listened to any Unwound albums myself though. I feel 'post-hardcore' might a be a little too loud for me.
