see, Ride are my favourite band - or the stuff they made at time of their first two albums ensures that I always classify them as my favourites. I think that Making Judy Smile is especially dire and then later on 1994's I Don't Know Where It Comes from is probably my least favourite.

You know, I think the mellowness of Lover's Rock actually benefits the album because of where it's placed, and works quite well in the same way that "I Walk Beside You" works when you're listening to Octavarium: I could never put the song on by itself but I'd never skip past it on the album, either.
For me, I can't stand Yellow Submarine. But Obladìobladà and All You Need is Love are runners up.
Yeah, You Know My Name is a bit repetitive but it's cool when it starts.
